Salon Cancellation & No-Show Policy Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. I kindly ask that you respect both my time and the opportunity for other clients to book available appointments. * A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling. * Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 40% of the scheduled service total to the card on file * If the charge is declined or remains unpaid, no future appointments may be booked until the no-show fee has been paid in full. Additionally, future appointments may require payment in full or a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. I value your business and appreciate your understanding.
